On-Call Removals are for our friends and neighbors who may not have monitoring services but need a Cane Toad or Cuban Tree Frog removal service and for current monitoring clients who discover a Cane Toad or Cuban Tree Frog between scheduled visits.

Before adding to cart or checking out, please call or text 919.675.2598 to make sure a technician is available for an on-call visit. Service fee is charged when visit is scheduled.

Homeowners are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to trap/secure the toad or frog before calling The Toad Lady.

Fees still apply even if the toad or frog absconds before the technician arrives. If the homeowner captures the toad or frog and it escapes during handling by the technician, service fee will be refunded. Monitoring clients receive a 50% discount on emergency collection calls.

Technician will be on site for up to 30 minutes to remove Cane Toads and Cuban Tree Frogs.
