  • Price is valid for residential lots up to 20,000 square feet.

    • $159/month for residential lots 20,001-30,000 square feet

    • $199/month for residential lots 30,001-40,000 square feet.

    • Contact us for a custom quote for residential lots exceeding 40,000 square feet and commercial properties.
